Match Point Tennis ("Match Point," "we," "us") is a platform that connects tennis players with one another. We are a platform, not an organizer. Matches are arranged between players independently. Match Point does not supervise, organize, or participate in any matches arranged through this platform.

2. User Responsibility

By using Match Point, you acknowledge and agree that:

Matches are arranged between players independently.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct before, during, and after any match.
Match Point is not liable for injuries, disputes, property damage, or any other issues arising from matches arranged through this platform.
Participation in matches is entirely at your own risk.

3. Account Conduct

You agree to use Match Point in good faith. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user has violated these terms, engaged in misconduct, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to other users or the platform.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your tennis level, availability, and contact details. Misrepresenting your skill level or reliability may result in account removal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Point Tennis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in matches arranged through it.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
