Code of Conduct

Last updated: 2026

Match Point Tennis is built on mutual respect between players. We expect everyone on the platform to uphold the following standards.

Show Up

If you commit to a match, show up. Reliability is core to what makes this community work. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations will affect your Reliability Score and may result in account removal.

Be Honest About Your Level

Accurately represent your skill level. Sandbagging — intentionally misrepresenting your level to gain an unfair advantage — is not acceptable and may result in removal from the platform.

Respect Other Players

Treat every player with respect, on and off the court. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate account removal.

Play Fair

Call lines honestly. Disputes should be handled calmly and respectfully. Remember: this is recreational tennis — the goal is to enjoy the game.

Communicate

If you need to reschedule or cancel, give as much notice as possible. Use the platform's messaging system to coordinate — it keeps everything in one place and helps both players stay organized.

Enforcement

Match Point reserves the right to remove any user from the platform at our discretion if we determine they have violated this Code of Conduct or acted in a manner harmful to other users or the community.

Report a Problem

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact us at [email protected].
